Last updated: September 23, 2026
OVERVIEW
This website is operated by MapleNuzzle, a business operated by ELTESA GENERAL SERVICES INC. Throughout this website and these Terms of Service, the terms “MapleNuzzle,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MapleNuzzle and, where applicable, ELTESA GENERAL SERVICES INC.
MapleNuzzle provides this website, including the information, content, features, products and services available through it (collectively, the “Services”), to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and the policies referenced herein.
By visiting our website, purchasing a product from us, creating an account, submitting information, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.
These Terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or waived, including applicable consumer protection rights.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not use our products, website or Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized purpose, or in a manner that violates applicable laws or the rights of another person.
You must not knowingly transmit viruses, malicious code, malware or other harmful technology through the Services.
A breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services, cancellation of an affected order where legally permitted, and any other remedies available to us under applicable law.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse or restrict access to the Services where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, protection of our business or customers, or enforcement of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
We may refuse, cancel or limit an order where permitted by law, including where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment activity, resale activity, misuse of promotions, pricing or inventory errors, security concerns, or other unlawful or abusive activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will issue any refund required by applicable law and our applicable policies.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit or commercially misuse any portion of the Services except with our prior written permission or as otherwise permitted by law.
SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information. However, information on the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
General information provided through the Services is provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon where professional advice is reasonably required.
We may correct errors and update information as permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 4 – PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.
Product colours, appearance and packaging may vary slightly because of screen settings, manufacturing variations, packaging updates or other factors outside our reasonable control.
Measurements identified as approximate may vary slightly.
Product availability is subject to inventory.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to discontinue products, limit quantities or modify product offerings.
We do not make claims regarding a product's materials, certifications, medical benefits, safety characteristics, performance or other specifications unless those claims are supported by information we reasonably believe to be reliable.
Certain product specifications or information may originate from manufacturers or suppliers. We take reasonable steps to present such information accurately but do not independently manufacture every product sold through MapleNuzzle. Where we become aware that supplier-provided information is inaccurate or incomplete, we may correct or update the applicable product information.
This provision does not limit any responsibility or consumer remedy imposed on MapleNuzzle by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory warranty, condition, guarantee or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 5 – PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges will be displayed or calculated as required during checkout.
Prices may change without notice before an order is completed.
We use Shopify and payment-service providers to facilitate checkout and payment processing. Payment methods available to you may depend on your device, location and the payment services available at checkout.
You represent that the payment and billing information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel transactions that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, unauthorized or unlawful, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 6 – ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
We may review orders for payment authorization, inventory availability, shipping information, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, and other legitimate business or security reasons.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment.
If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been collected, we will provide any refund required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their cart, quantities, product selections, delivery information and other order details before completing checkout.
Nothing in this section limits rights available under applicable consumer protection legislation.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Shipping options, rates and any free-shipping thresholds shown during checkout apply to the particular order.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and guaranteed by applicable law or the relevant service.
Carrier delays, weather, emergencies, incorrect customer-provided addresses and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
If you discover an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to a carrier.
Local delivery may be available for eligible orders in selected areas when offered by MapleNuzzle. Availability, timing and any applicable charge may be confirmed separately.
SECTION 8 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Customers must follow the return instructions provided by MapleNuzzle before sending an item back.
Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Eligibility for voluntary returns may depend on product condition, packaging, hygiene considerations and the requirements stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in our Return and Refund Policy or these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, warranty or other remedy that a customer is legally entitled to receive under applicable law.
SECTION 9 – DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from what was ordered, or if you receive the wrong product, contact MapleNuzzle promptly with relevant order information and, where reasonably appropriate, photographs or other information that allows us to investigate.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and our policies.
We reserve the right to reasonably verify claims involving damaged, defective, missing or incorrect products before issuing a replacement, refund or other remedy, provided that doing so does not limit a right that cannot legally be restricted.
SECTION 10 – PET PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
Our products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with product descriptions, warnings and packaging instructions.
Customers are responsible for selecting products that are appropriate for their pet's individual circumstances, including size and intended use.
Pets should be appropriately supervised when using products where supervision is reasonably necessary.
Inspect reusable pet products regularly. Discontinue use if a product becomes damaged, excessively worn, broken or otherwise unsuitable for safe continued use.
Customers must keep products, components and packaging away from pets when they are not intended for unsupervised access.
No pet product should be considered indestructible. Customers should regularly inspect products for wear, loose components, cracking, tearing or other damage and discontinue use where continued use could reasonably present a risk.
Product suitability may vary between individual animals. MapleNuzzle does not guarantee that a particular product will be appropriate for every pet.
Discontinue use if your pet experiences discomfort or an adverse reaction and seek appropriate professional advice when necessary.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, MapleNuzzle products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition and are not substitutes for veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment.
If you have concerns regarding your pet's health or whether a particular product is suitable for your pet, consult an appropriate veterinary professional.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
SECTION 11 – PRODUCT MISUSE
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MapleNuzzle is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from misuse of a product, use contrary to supplied instructions or warnings, unauthorized modification of a product, or continued use of a product after it has become visibly damaged or unsuitable for its intended purpose.
This provision does not exclude liability arising from our own conduct where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
SECTION 12 – PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS AND COUPONS
Promotional offers, discount codes and coupons may be subject to additional conditions disclosed with the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers have no cash value, cannot be duplicated or reproduced for unauthorized use, and may not be combined with other promotions.
We may reject or cancel the unauthorized, fraudulent or abusive use of a promotional offer, subject to applicable law.
We may correct an obvious promotional or pricing error as permitted by law.
SECTION 13 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Certain features of the Services may rely on third-party providers, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers and other technology or service providers.
Our website may also contain links to third-party websites.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their independent content, availability, privacy practices or terms.
Your dealings with third parties may be governed by their own terms and policies.
Nothing in this section limits our obligations concerning personal information or third-party service providers under applicable privacy law.
SECTION 14 – PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
Our collection, use, disclosure and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed by service providers involved in operating our store, processing transactions, preventing fraud, fulfilling orders, providing customer support and performing other legitimate functions described in our Privacy Policy.
We are responsible for personal information under our control as required by applicable law.
Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information regarding our privacy practices and your available rights.
SECTION 15 – SECURITY, FRAUD PREVENTION AND TRANSACTION ABUSE
You must not attempt to compromise, probe, disrupt, damage, bypass or gain unauthorized access to our website, accounts, systems, checkout, payment systems or security measures.
You must not use stolen payment information, false identities, unauthorized accounts or deceptive methods to place orders or obtain products, refunds, credits, discounts or other benefits.
We may use reasonable fraud-prevention and security measures and may investigate suspicious activity, preserve relevant records, restrict transactions, and cooperate with payment providers, carriers, Shopify or lawful authorities where appropriate and permitted by law.
Where we reasonably believe that a transaction, refund request, chargeback, delivery claim or other request involves fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized payment activity or abuse of our policies, we may preserve and provide relevant transaction records, communications, order information, delivery records and other reasonably necessary evidence to Shopify, payment processors, financial institutions, shipping carriers, insurers, professional advisers or lawful authorities for the purposes of investigating, preventing or responding to the activity, in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in this section limits a customer's lawful right to dispute a transaction or exercise rights available under applicable law.
We do not guarantee that any website, network, transmission or electronic storage system is completely immune from security incidents.

You are prohibited from using the Services:

(d) to infringe intellectual property or other legal rights;
(e) to harass, threaten, abuse, defame or unlawfully discriminate against another person;
(f) to knowingly submit false or misleading information;
(g) to transmit malware or malicious code;
(h) to collect or track another person's personal information unlawfully;
(i) to spam, phish, scrape or otherwise misuse the Services;
(j) to interfere with or circumvent security measures;
(k) to impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
(l) to engage in fraudulent chargebacks, refund abuse, promotional abuse or other deceptive activity; or
(m) to use automated systems to access the Services in violation of applicable law or technical restrictions applicable to the Services.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations where permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 17 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, the content made available through MapleNuzzle, including MapleNuzzle branding, original photographs, graphics, product descriptions, text, logos and website content, is owned by or licensed to MapleNuzzle or ELTESA GENERAL SERVICES INC. and is protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual property law.
You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping and informational purposes.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit or falsely claim ownership of protected MapleNuzzle content without authorization, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, service marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 18 – CUSTOMER REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS
If you voluntarily submit a review, suggestion, photograph, comment or other content to MapleNuzzle, you represent that you have the right to provide that material and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.
You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, malicious or infringing material.
To the extent permitted by law, you grant MapleNuzzle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display content that you voluntarily submit for publication or promotional use in connection with MapleNuzzle.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to MapleNuzzle.
We may moderate or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or applicable law.
SECTION 19 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, availability, pricing, promotions, shipping charges or other information.
Subject to applicable law and completed contractual obligations, we reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and update information.
If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will address the order in accordance with applicable law.
SECTION 20 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that access to the website will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
Any warranty, representation, condition or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory warranties, conditions, guarantees or consumer rights that apply despite contractual wording to the contrary.
SECTION 21 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MapleNuzzle and ELTESA GENERAL SERVICES INC., and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and service providers, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or products, where such liability may lawfully be limited or excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent that such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection legislation.
SECTION 22 – INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MapleNuzzle and ELTESA GENERAL SERVICES INC., and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and service providers, from third-party claims, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own negligence, unlawful conduct or breach of obligations that cannot legally be excluded or transferred.
SECTION 23 – TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary because of a material violation of these Terms, fraud, unlawful conduct, security threats or misuse of the Services, subject to applicable law.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination or provisions that by their nature reasonably survive termination.
SECTION 24 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or, where necessary, severed.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
SECTION 25 – WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated into them and any additional terms presented during a transaction, constitute the agreement between you and MapleNuzzle concerning your use of the Services, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits representations, disclosures, warranties, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 26 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign your contractual rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent where such restriction is permitted by applicable law.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a sale, restructuring, merger, transfer of business or similar legitimate transaction, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 27 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which MapleNuzzle provides Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Subject to mandatory consumer rights and any jurisdiction that applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or waives a substantive or procedural right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or waived.
SECTION 28 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, technology, legal requirements or other legitimate operational needs.
The current version will be posted on this website with an updated effective date.
Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a change, we will provide it.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already arisen where doing so is prohibited by law.
SECTION 29 – RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER POLICIES
Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of the policies governing use of MapleNuzzle and purchases from our store.
If these Terms conflict with a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the applicable law will control.
